The key question is when did ASMLF got the shares, did they get it before the IPO or did they get during the public offerings ? If ASMLF got their shares before IPO, then we have to add additional floats. If they got those shares during the two public offerings, we have already counted theirs. By the way, where did you get the info that ASMLF have 5% ownership and then sold it. I thought I read all the company reports, never come across of ASMLF being a shareholder of CYMI.
