Under $700, I would NOT consider anything else other than the 808, at this very point in ever so flexible time...

Because...

I already have WAY above $700 for pro work.

If I were not a pro?

I would not EVEN consider anything else other than the 808 for a number of reasons...

One, it comes untethered, with two sim card slots, so it's always totally usable across this planet, as a pay as you go phone, no STUPID, two year HOSING contract required.
Two, it has KILLER maps - built in, no need for internet or phone connection for them to work - which is important to me, cause I tend to get lost in my gal's bathroom.

Three, email, web, all that necessary BS built in.

Four, it's a KILLER camera.

WHY would I spend over $700 for ANYTHING else that makes snaps?

(Oh, and the battery can be EASILY replaced by me, imagine THAT, these days, in a phone! Never out of power. WOW!)
