For those that have the time and the inclination ------- There is a text of a London speach given by Martin Arstrong of P.E.I. at their web site . It addresses global capital flows and how it has effected gold prices and how it will in the future. The future being June/July 1998 for gold to start to move up. The issue of the parameters for the EMU and it's impact are what is going to drive gold. They also are projecting the "Big Bang" for Japan in Apr.1998 with a 10,000 to 12,000 Nieki. They say it will be the best thing for Japan and after that it will consolidate and move back to 30,000 in time to come. I have posted thier web site a couple of times previously.
