During the Dinkin's years, the murder rate was 74.75 per year (1990-1993) starting at a record high 2245 in 1990. In the Giuliani years (1994-2001) there were an average 114 murders/year. In fact the murder rate turned up to 671 from 633 in 1999 and then 671 in 1999, 673 in 2000 and 649 in 2001.

Even a "chip process expert" from RPI can see when the steep drop in murder rate began.....dick face.
