Had '97 instead of '96 -- may have been 6,6,6 in October '97

OWO..It does appear that we are getting closer to "washed out" on LSI, but not completely, IMHO.. Of course, I am biased, having alread set my belief in writing about the final bottom occuring in Dec, not Nov..
I'm now starting to look at VLSI also, one of your old favorites. Trying to figure out who wins the battle in the telecom chips game. To me that's THE big market next 10 years..just theorizing.
Accumulating LSI, and some of the other techs, as Steve is doing, sure looks to me like the winning approach, long-term. (Next I will check out the COHU, BIKE, UTR, PRRC, ADCT, WJ, ASND, ALTR, etc. of this world (a purely random list, as you may have noted)...
RE: APAT...I was just a bit peeved as I wrote. And I've calmed down today. But for one of the few times ever, OWO, I think your advice was, frankly, unhelpful. I understood that there were certain standards on the SI... I believe in free speech to the max, old buddy, but this (@##$$#^) isn't responding in a discourse -- he is jumping in to blast people who don't wish to talk to him -- and tell him so. So how does SI deal with such behavior, and how should it be handled? I've found out there were similar cases on TLAB, ATI, COPY, and others... and in some cases, the offending idiot was banned from the SI... so how does one proceed when one encounters someone obnoxious beyond all limits? -- Anybody??
