Right. You sound like the Republicans who tell me Global Warming is not real because it is cold where they are today. There is a difference between anecdotal evidence, which you are clearly calling out, versus systemic statistical evidence that is more representative of the entire economy. I look at statistical evidence and trends, as well as leading indicators. That tells us where we're going. Anecdotal evidence doesn't tell you anything, except that you are lucky enough to live in a pocket of resilience within the overall terrible economy. Let's see...........you rely on ECRI which allegedly has a magic formula that can predict recessions but has been wrong for the past year. I rely on reality........looking at local stats as well as national stats for my analysis. Local stats are booming and national stats are mixed. I'd rather rely on my analysis than yours. Sorry.
