There is no reason why you can not move your hosting contract from your ISP to @Home even though you are not a @Home subscriber. Providing the rates are competitive, that's exactly what a lot of people (including me) will do. The reason? A more dependable organization, better pipelines and possibly better service. There is a very large market here because we are talking about everybody, regardless of where they are, that has a hosting contract. In theory, people in Mongolia can sign up immediately.
