Grover, he may have bought 100 shares at .40 and 1 million shares at .02. never will know. All it says is that he purchased shares above .40. VERY misleading in my opinion. Vague statement. Hell, his average cost could be .025 for all we know. Also, the merger will NOT bring shares to .40, unless it is a reverse merger. A coppany's stock does not increase in value 1000% because they merge, all it does is give them additional strategic alliances for the future. People get WAY too excited over potential merger news, show me where a merger was announced and a stock went up 100%+ in a day.
