Atin, 1st, don't take this personally but, I especially Liked what you said when you wrote: Tempest doesn't win "HANDS DOWN" - they are one of a few at the top. As far as price goes, we shall see -we're coming out with new hardware and so are other companies. I still think FTEL has good technology, but not the best and not so far in front that they would be unseating the leaders outright. They'll do well so I wouldn't worry about any investment I make in them.

Mind you I was just reading between the lines and I hope this does not offend you greatly but, I could not resist emphasizing some of what was between the lines.

Atin, I welcome all your comments as this is an enormous market developing and changes will be rapid. Leapfrogging technology will be common place, but commitments in the way of orders will abundant for all players that provide price/performance and focus on their specialized niches.

So I'm with you in that it best to play the sector by diversifying.

Recently I bought SYQT and IOM so that I would own two of the leaders in removable storage. A few months back I not only owned FTEL, but also IDTC, and NSPK, but I feel both of the the later two are extended and overpriced and probably represent good short candidates in the near term.

DLGC and NMSS both may be good trading vehicles once the market settles in, and FTEL seems to be one of the few values for timely speculation right now, especially when compared to the likes of NSPK.

FRanklin's exposure via trade press and the acceptance by the industry should bring a lot of new money to the game over the next few months, this is what I am counting on.

Again thanks for your contributions on this thread, hope to see more of you.
