The problem for society isn't that 3 out of 4 Blacks go to prison. The problem for society is that they are released to hurt and kill innocent people again.

The policy for violent offenders should not be "catch and release." It must be "catch and terminate." -ng-

The big question is how many crimes did that "3 out 4" black men commit before they actually got caught, tried, convicted and jailed.

And how much of our $16 trillion national debt is caused by the expense of their existence, and the expense of the women they impregnate.
