Sankar, what about the Acting Dean, Chair, Provost? -g-

According to my latest figures, it is about 20% of all US equities. This is in official tax-advantaged retirement plans, which excludes part of "general savings" which some people may mentally count on as their retirement income source.
Perhaps half of these are under emloyee allocation, which means they can make transfers into other asset classes. I don't expect "the small people" to start a bear market or panic, but once started, they could transfer some, and/or reduce allocations.
