Blame management.

I also blame content providers for asking outrageous amounts for their stuff.

Starz turned down $300M+ for allowing their content to be streamed by Netflix. If I were a Starz shareholder, I'd be asking where they're going to replace that kind of revenue. Them's a lot of clams.
