It was supposed to have already happened but there were some small details that needed to be ironed out,so it was sent back to TCT by the SEC.I was told that it should take place this coming week,if not the first of next week.
By the way you are right about the share price being greatly undervalued,this stock is being held down on purpose,but once the pins are in place there will certainly be a "strike".
