You can do simple FTP stuff with Internet Explorer.

Open Tools > Internet Options > Advanced

Check "Enable FTP folder view (outside IE)"

Check "Use Passive FTP (for firewall ..."

Click OK

Type the FTP address into the IE7 Address Bar.

Follow the prompts for logging-in and continuing.
