I can report to you with extreme confidence that ALL conservatives have absolutely zerO problems with changing presidents in November of this year.

Additionally, being a conservative myself, I have very little issue with change in general.

"Reluctant to change" is exactly what defines the conservatives.
So then the left in the US is conservative, since they don't want to reform entitlements or change the way public schooling is administered? Reluctance to change occurs among all political ideologies. Even those at the extremes, who want something very different then what we have now, have some things they would be reluctant to change, and if they ever came in to power and implemented their ideas, then there would be a lot of them that would be reluctant to change. Also even the examples you talk about, are to an extent in their own way change.
