lorne, In a move that serves as a capstone to Rep. Ron Paul’s colorful career, the House on Wednesday voted to have Congress‘ chief investigators conduct a full audit of the Federal Reserve’s shrouded decision-making process.

That is all we need is for the polarized Congress to polarize the Federal Reserve who is an independent body. Talk about a crash to the economy and markets, just let that happen. I realize that the House is probably getting heat from those constituents in their district who are low risk takers, and only getting a 1/2 of a percent on their CD's while the Banks are making billions. Naturally, the Republicans are probably frightened to death that the FED will do something to spur the markets and economy prior to the election. I hope the FED does so we have a going economy a month prior to the election in order to guarantee the re-employment of OBama. This will be the topping on the cake after OBama cleans up on Romney during the debates!!

Anyone else get the impression Harry Reid is so dirty and corrupt, he just doesn't want anyone examining anything? He and Barney Frank too.

All I can say about the bill is, it is long overdue.
