the math of fiscal deficits work the same way everywhere, only differ by degrees

and by degrees, comparing greece to team usa is like comparing 160% debt to gdp vs 1700% debt to gdp

the greeks are lucky not to have global reserve currency status

empires have always tried to inflate debt away, but only resulted in deflating the empire away

empires do not end in hyper inflation, they end in debt-ly diaper deflation

above rule of thumbs and toes are meant to help in watch-n-brief going forward

6-14 of course because a Brewer and Shipley moment can only be truly observed in the rear view mirror... at which point it will have been obvious to all :o) The intro is a lot of fun also, even recalling back to the good old days of VP spirochaetes :o)

EDIT: Still USA game to lose.. not too late.. but .......

BTW I hear Sir Mick turned 69 Wednesday... where DOES the time go... appropriate tune :o)
