It does happen about every 10 years. The big problem is the Midwest isn't in the middle of an ocean that keeps the weather in control.

The upside of the drought this year is that the US Govt.will have to issue an exception to the ethanol mandate this year. So no ethanol gasoline this winter. And once we get one exemption then we can extend it to rid gasoline of the horrible ethanol.
