Semiconductor Laser International Corp. Announces Shipment of New 100 Watt QCW Laser Bars

BINGHAMTON, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 28, 1997--Semiconductor Laser International Corp. (SLI) (NASDAQ: SLIC, SLICW) announced today the successful development and shipment of 100 Watt QCW Laser Bars, further increasing a product line already incorporating state-of-the-art technology. This is twice the output power of products already offered for sale by the company.

This newly developed 100 Watt QCW Laser Bar was found to sustain peak performance through all phases of test, burn-in and lifetime.

SLI believes customers will find this product suited to a diverse range of applications, including those of the industrial and medical sectors and particularly for pulsed pumping of solid state lasers.

whale securities in my (OPINION) has underwritten a LOT of lousy deals... Im currently seeking legal comp. because my whale representative put me into all their issues despite the fact that at the time I was new to investing.

Well anyhow- much wiser now, countless hours reading and learning TA, and now more then ever im annoyed with the 'crap' they bring public and the representatives they have working for them.
