Nope, he leaked the fact that he had* the meeting with the MI6 Head (was even kept off his published agenda for security reasons) and then leaked the meeting main content...* The meeting was only a secret before the meeting, there is no need to keep it secret after the meeting is finished. This is done for security, it does not mean you cannot devulge that it ever happened. Just more propaganda. Besides it was a British meeting!
