Rather inevitable I suppose - still 70 million or so is real money; Infinity Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ( INFI) today announced the pricing of an underwritten registered public offering of 5.3 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $14.50 per share. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by Infinity. The offering is expected to close on or about August 14, 2012, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. finance.yahoo.com
