I'd like to follow that logic a bit.

Does that mean that US would have difficulty issuing treasuries, having failed auctions, etc?

And therefore cannot refinance or Fed has difficulty buying debt with ever cheaper valued currency... and therefore the real value of defect spending declines?

I am having some trouble imagining that scenario, care to flesh it out a bit?
