I wish i knew myself, about those trades, but i must say, it does seem interesting. i expect management is very busy behind the scenes, and good results will soon follow, with a very sharp move to the upside in stock price

The sale of the 48,000 shares may simply be for tax loss purposes. Especially given the bulk of them traded within Global. Just a possibility, NOT known fact.
