Socialism under a democracy is the peoples will. I.e. freedon of the people to choose. Socialism under democracy requires massive and ultimately unaffordable levels of govt. Expansion of govt always reduces the freedom of the people to choose.

so the people will vote that the gov has to pay them, feed them house them and give them stuff. all for free. So how's that gonna work out ? even if the people vote for it, does that make it a good thing ? "Socialism under a democracy is the peoples will."
