that brings me to the following question:

when to sell cvia?

if/when merger is announced?
hold on to the merged company's stock to
which I guess cvia would be converted
at some ratio as yet unknown?

i read all sorts of figures on this forum
about the value of cvia's shares upon a merger

1. with a small company: 2-3 times current value of .03 or so
2. medium: 10 times
3. large: 1/.03= a whopping 33 times

what timeframe arwe looking at for merger announcement?
my cvia shares actaully being worth the above values
depending on the kind of merger deal they work out.

I have learned that for me to lay my hands on my money
if I decide to hold on to my converted shares could take
weeks to months. can someone shed some light on my concerns?
thanks.

mike :)
