Well .. add to that Washington DC, doing what would be expected of them, are exerting effort attempting to deflect moisture patterns .. Tesla did this stuff a while ago. Set up an array of antennas and pump a gajillion watts into the entire array. Deflects the ionosphere by heating the entire mass above. Why all that hassle? They know dam well they are down wind from Japan. We have had fallout traces in our food all of our lives. Hasn't hurt anyone yet? We're at a 50% national cancer rate for males. So those that have been briefed are doing CMA stuff. Of course there is no need to panic the public. So they warm up the air, diverting rain patterns away from the central US. Warming the air, of course. Then that warmed up air gets heated by the fires. They will leave us out to dry in a heartbeat.
