This scientist & also a Roman Catholic (& theist) aptly describes why Common Ancestry has been proven almost beyond shadow of doubt rising more recently out of the study of Ape & Chimpanzee genome vs our own . They were found to have 24pairs of chromosomes & we have only 23 but the explanation that they found with almost absolute certainty was one pair of ape & chimp the chrosomes had gotten fused in us , mystery solved another case closed . This scientist still believes in his God , just not a foolish, ignorant or deceptive one...
