There is much to discuss

>> 1) An individual would be responsible for their own health care.

Sure. Including the right to pick and choose products, providers and insurance. The government has distorted the healthcare field with its regulations and tax policies.

>> 2) It would be up to the individual to which recreational drugs they used - not the government.

The government has interjected itself into the drug regulation business. Most conservatives support less regulation.

>> 3) What a woman did when she was faced with a child conceived from incest or abortion would be up to her - not the government.

A proper role of government is to referee conflicts between individuals. An unborn child is a unborn human individual. That unborn human child has rights.

>> 4) It would be the individuals own responsibility who they married - not the governments.

The government has setup a bunch of laws in its efforts to promote optimal outcomes (family development).
Society choses the laws by which to live by. Marriage is just one aspect of that debate.

>> 5) How a person ends their life would be up to the individual - not the governments.

I agree.

>> 6) Allll those businesses and farmers would NOT rely on government hand outs but making a profit would be their own individual responsibility.

Many conservatives (tea party) support smaller government and cutting back these programs is something they support.

You seemed confused by conservatives and those special interests seeking to carve out special favors (money, regulations) from the government.
