Hi, Curtis: My thoughts don't differ from yours. Conceptually, being in the "wholesale" business is appealing. Unfortunately, PSI strikes me as "a day late, a dollar short, and not quite up to scale". They're expanding alright (which is good, at least doing something...) but if there's a well thought out strategy behind all the recent acquisitions, the genius is not readily obvious. I am long on the shares and stuck at the bottom after bottom fishing. Rgds, Dick
