Kevin,

Supposely the ruling has been made and is only waiting for the signature of the 5th of the 5 Supreme Court judges. Should be interesting tommorrow which way it will go tommorrow. A leak of the ruling maybe? Looking at todays close, looks very positive. We should hear the ruling this coming Tuesday if the rumor holds true.
