Bill, thanks for the link. It will be interesting to see how/if the Entera piece changes in the light of the Visigenic acquisition. There still don't seem to be any clear dates for 4.0 - maybe this is deliberate, given that they probably knew they would be moving closer towards the CORBA model. It has however uncovered a few inconsistencies in their previously stated direction, which tended to be a touch dismissive of CORBA (see for example the original Entera white papers). I expect we will see some more detailed clarification of the development priorities soon. david
