Wayne/ thanks for the in-depth. Appreciated the time you took to tell the tale. Agree with you that the story sounds interesting from growth being spieled. I originally picked up a few shares last March when price was just above $0.20 and bo't a few more times along the way as low as $0.10 in July'97. Since then I've exited and diverted elsewhere although still am interested IF growth comes to pass. The info. you spieled was basically the same as what I confirmed too - Les has been extremely reasonable to deal with the times I called and was quite upfront and matter-of-fact with apparent challenges. The one thing I wasn't overly excited about was the 22.7mil shares o/s and that played a part in the exit move. If you have access to Stockwatch Tradestation it might be interesting to see if the stock has been accumulated by any brokerages in particular. In one conversation I remember asking the bws guy which houses were in the picture and was told Whalen Beliveau in Calgary, McDermid, Jones Gable & Canaccord. Thanks again for the detail.

Wayne: Thankyou for your almost complete report on BWS...Seems like you are quite knowledgable about the company's affairs...Just a few questions if you don't mind:

1) What are their present and projected earnings and revenues???...
2) How many shares are in the public float???...
3) How many shares are under insider control???...

That's all I can think of right now...<g>
