Suuure.. Republicans are BEGGING Bush, the last former 2-term (R) president, to make an appearance, to fund-raise for them - NOT. Republicans don't want The Bush-stench anywhere NEAR their new front man! Their last two-term president is regarded as a total FAILURE.

I suspect the Rs would be happier to have Bush present than the Ds are about having to have Obama present at the D convention.
