Seth: I think they are behind on their telephony side based on their port density, DSP power, and most probably international approvals in multiple countries (but this last I am not as sure about). I think they are one of the companies at the top of the heap on voice quality. And they are ahead when it comes to fiber based datacom (which is the real reason why Syracuse chose them I think, Syracuse was testing ATM - I don't think others have IP over ATM in their gateways). -Atin
