You got it. He is alleged to have perished on a Washington DC park. No blood was found at the scene of the crime. The US Park police have jurisdiction over the Whitehouse. Hillary denied the Park Police access to Vince Foster's office for over 24 hours after his death was "discovered". Hillary's Rose Law Firm billing records that had benn "missing" for years "mysteriously" turned up on a table outside the Whitehouse library the next day.
