Rest assured I do my own due diligence. My questions are an effort to start discussion.

Replies form Barry have also been instructive:

"This process is administered by the Ministry of Environment, who are very concerned about exploration and development in the Amazon Basin. However the Ministry of Mines and the Colombian government want this project properly explored using modern technology, and they have instructed MoE to proceed with the process and identify any potential risks, and then Cosigo is obligated to address how we would mitigate those risks. So that is where we are at - in process. "

So as I suspected it seems that while the
Ministry of Mines have some binder the Ministry of Environment is also still an integral part of the process too and they appear to be slowing things down.

The wait continues....
