i am intersting in this company and i follow it long time ago
and i used to own some stocks in the last few months.

and i sold my stocks because i thought that the company is over
valued

please correct me if i am wrong in the following
the actual earning for last quarter is .01 a share, so that
so that bring the p/e ratio to about 1000 (10/.01)
and if we calculate the p/e on the projected earning for fiscal
year 97 it will be 200 (10/.05).
i assumed that the price is 10$ because at the moment it is
and few days ago it was more than 10$ so you can find that the
p/e is was too high

i know that the projected earning per share for 98 is .44
and if we assumed that the price stay at 10$ tel 98 we will come
to a resonable p/e ratio which will be 22.7

and if the company continue at it growth rate ( 50% ) it will be
a very good buy
and if we compare the growth rate of the company relative to the
industry we will find it very high (the industry rate is 9.5%)

and the company now is 25% held by institutions

as i say before i might be wrong in some numbers, so please let
me know

Where did you see any news about lawsuits?
I looked at Yahoo and didnt see anything.
I did buy 1000 more today at 9 1/2 though.
I think this is a no brainer at this level.
At LEAST for a short term bounce! Keep me
posted if you hear anything. Good luck!
