Let's rethink the distressed debt angle. Yes, Buffett has been very successful on turning a profit on distressed debt but his fund buys many different distressed debt instruments. His risk is reduced by making multiple bets. If he were to bank on just one, most likely he would not be successful. Since we are limited to ten positions, we could add one or two distressed debt instruments and the odds would not be in our favor.

I like the NG angle very much. Have you noticed Natural gas traded at $3.22 per million Btu, a seven-month high, and a jump of 69% from its April low? It looks like its about to hit its head short term, but that's quite a rally.
