Try the Tekram MB (www.tekram.com). They have new revision 1.4, good for K6 up to ca 360 MHz. I bough that MB here in Calgary two weeks ago. Since, I tried K6 233, P 166, MX 200 (75 MHz), all of them - no problem. No AGP, but so what?

I'm using the FIC PA-2011 with my K6-233. An ATX board using the VIA Apollo 590 chip set (VP 2/97), it works great. It supports SDRAM, but no AGP and only up to 233mhz. It has a provision for the 75mhz bus (using the 3.5x jumper, CPU speed == 263mhz), but I haven't tried it.
