Additionally, if the law applies as you think it does, the baker would not have the right to reject the making of a cake for other customers that might offend his own sensibilities or aesthetics such as, say, requiring him to apply pornographic elements thereon.

if the baker were asked to apply pornographic elements i would agree....if all they were doing was asking for a wedding cake with their names and something like this, while perhaps offensive to some, i don't think appears pornographic:
