Ordinary businesses are not forced to sell to their competitors, for example.

A business owner must sell his goods to whomever wants to buy them that is a legal purchaser.


What if the couple was a KKK couple who wanted figurines in white robes and they wanted "white power" written on the sides of the cake.

obviously playing devil's advocate here, because there is an obvious limit to what a business owner would be required to do.

Probably correct, and after thinking about it, I would probably sell them the cake, but I would refuse to decorate it with anything but flowers -- and let the chips fall where they may. If it closes my business, so be it.

didn't one ammo seller not sell to the theatre killer because he sounded nuts ? interviews will gun sellers in colo said they turn down people all the time.

bar tenders turn down people also
