The sense I got from Rick was that their cash flow from the Texas activities was to improve dramatically as compared to the direction of things in the first few quarters. The strategy on the leases is to be able to have full control of what is felt to be a large formation. They want to be able to drill exactly where their technical people feel they will get the best results on at least four wells. Rick was in very good spirits even though I bugged him about the tax loss selling and the current low price. He just said to keep an eye on the upcoming news releases to begin next week and that Kirt would have a major influence on the trading activity. My chart calculations agree with those sentiments. Let's see if we climb back up to 15 cents by the end of next week for starters.
Cheers,
JR.
