I think you're 100% correct... I'm going to remain flat until I get a model sell signal... I can't see going long with such an overly extended market, and I don't feel comfortable being short while my model is long... so, I'll just wait for my next major sell signal, this market won't go down much without me...

Fed's action (or non-action) was baked into the stock market, otherwise we'd be done a good 1.5-2.5%. Even the precious metals are back at where they were last week, nothing but a blip.

Any good news is going to make this market rocket, don't go with the flow and stay on the sidelines. Buy in, small and slowly if you must, but buy in.
