DA, Well I was not too far off in my reading between the lines on PNCL. I thought it would be a brother. I guess I did not want to belive a SON could pull a stunt like that on his own father. Looks like Daddy paid a kings ransom to get rid of SONNY if that is what happend? Or maybe Dad and Sonny were in promoting and all part of the same scam to funnel resources from one "family" company to another? I'd say it is up for grabs. Some good threads in the 1200 and 1300 posting! Anyone who holds this stock should go read them. Had I know about SI stock forum a ways back I could have dumped my 2,000 shares and cut my losses a LOT. Oh well can't cry over spilt milk (not you milk) <G>. Dusty
