I guess that means you're reneging on this, then? That seems to be standard procedure for anything/anyone connected to JBII. If you don't have the answer, come up with an excuse why and change the story to dangle another carrot or just ignore the question and do the old cut and run. And you wonder why you feel you're on trial? Good luck with your endeavors.

Great idea, you are wise. Most people here and on the hub should do the same thing. All this senseless pro and con repetitive postings debating one's interpretation of almost all the DD/history, court and company filings, permits, photos, phone conversations, 'facts', etc. It is like the never ending debates about bible interpretations....everyone thinks they know the 'real truth' and everybody else is wrong. Someday we will all know....until then nobody knows for sure.... be it Bible or JBI.

imo

You guys win. This board is too strange for me.

Yep. Messages aren't deleted willy nilly, and discussion is encouraged. Strange.

Thank you for making that clear. It was of interest whether or not you were compensated by Mr. Bordynuik. If you didn't want to answer, you could have just said so rather than telling everyone you previously answered that question. It's not the board which is too strange--it was the way you went about addressing the question you were asked.

"agreed... the SEC should be in the process of settling. However, it is the government, so processing the paperwork can take a while."

You're mistaken. It's not a game show. Hard to even call it a negotiation. Having the upper hand and complete control of the settlement process the SEC makes an offer which JB can take or go to trial. He would have known the terms sought by the SEC long ago. That we still don't know the status of the settlement doesn't speak well for a settlement IMO.

How is the search for fresh fish, errr, "investors" going? None of the folks swindled by John Bordynuik will be able to get out until a bunch are found.

Keep running with the NSS silliness, that'll really attract the newbs you need in order to cash out.

Five years ago maybe :)

Was IsleChem looking at a system with a 4000 lbs/hr feedrate?

So it didn't scale after all.

Who has all this stock to sell under a dollar and what do they know that we aren't being told?

Does this mean if Q1 2013 misses the mark of cash flow positive, you're ready to extend your time frame for the line in the sand? And have you spoken to any of the whales, or is that just a guess on your part?

The whales are most likely not concerned with the short term share price.

Those guys looked at the technology and extrapoltaed where it will be in a few years not a few months.

Sure, I'd like to see the share price riase at a steady pace. The reality is that it is the share price in 6 months to 2 years out that will justify my incvestment in JBI.

The buyout theory is interesting, but I don't buy it.

Me either! I've followed dozens of these OTC stock-selling schemes over the years and the buyout angle is but one of many make-believe fantasies trotted out towards the final death-rattle.

Seems there's no end to the shameless sociopathy required by promoters to keep bagholders holding while *hopefully* suckering whatever's remaining of the ~low-hanging fruit~ susceptible to such boiler-room ploys. Greater Fools are badly needed. Every scam needs one (or hundreds).

But Grinch, the statement that the company will be CFP in Q1 has now morphed into a requirement that the company must be profitable in Q1.

Actually no, the JBII promoters are the ones doing the morphin'

JBI goes cash flow positive with 3 machines running and most likely profitable as a company as well....and NOBODY cares about past quarterly losses on a start up company.....just sayin'

Just imagine the significance with 3 machines selling and company profitability?

Knowing full well that this business model allows for massive clone duplication across the country, and they're set to easily do that.

All it will take is the SEC settlement announced, PPS shoots up. 3 machines all running throughout one full quarter, revenues explode.. That will bring profitability. PPS goes up. After 2-3 months of that, main stream press pays attention. PPS explodes..

These things WILL happen. And they'll happen in the next six-nine months..

Within 18 months, machines reproducing like rabbits, we upgrade exchanges, I retire.

Think I'll open a beach bar, not caring that I'm drinking up all the profits, and reminiscing about all the time I spent reading posts on ihub.

"The claim that JB had or was ever supposed to have an honorary degree from MIT is bullshit"

Do you think the author of this puff-piece invented the notion out of thin air?

luigibenetton.com

"Another unusual door opened in 2003, when MIT signed Bordynuik as a collaborative researcher in their massive computation group. (Collaborative researchers at MIT usually have at least a few months of post-doctorate work under their belts.) As other firms continue to ask him to recover data, he expects to finish the MIT work within the year, when MIT will grant him an honorary degree, his first certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution."
