I think the problem was that I've never had to change the exploration data loading options to anything other than "load minimum" in all other explorations. Example, If a 50SMA was part of a scan condition the program would automatically adjust to load at least that many records.

For some reason the alert() by itself isn't calling for more than 2 records even with the 13 period lookback unless I change the data loading options from minimum to say, 13 or 21. Now it does the trick. I basically had all formulas written as you specified here but came up with no matching results each time when I knew that UTR and others would meet the criteria. Do you let it load minimum data records or regularly specify a larger number? Just curious if I have a program glitch here.
