Johnny, thanks for the "condensed version" TMMI story... If what you are saying is all true, it sounds to me like it could well be worth$ the effort to pursue this to due collection. As posted earlier, when such lawsuits are won by the little guys, it can boost the company and the stock, not to mention the morale of all who have worked so long and hard on a project. Tom, if in fact all is as stated, is there anything ( no baseball bats in the middle of the night or burning down their houses ) we can do to help put the pressure on these guys? Who are they all and where are they all....Guido may visit!..... Now I want to see TMMI kick some butt!...B
