Final thought on angiogenesis inhibitors:

The future of cancer probably also contains earlier and more accurate diagnosis. That might lead to many cancer cases that would be eliminated by a drug like a rexiniod before the tumor has grown enough to begin angiogenesis. A friend of mine recently had a breast cancer tumor removed through a biopsy. Her doctor said the tumor was so small that he was surprised that they even detected it at that stage.

Of course the possibility of cancer vaccines also exist that could limit the future market for all forms of treatments.
