Exactly, All the more reason to sell DD to MKE, buy a majority stake in Terastore and concentrate on storage. If NFR technology is the key to the digital VCR, then mid term DD biz will be dwarfed anyway. QNTM's role will not be to manufacture digital VCR's but to licence the technology to the Sony's and Samsung's of this world and let them fight it out. Alan
