I would agree that the SEC was a freaking joke when it was gutted and neutered and turned a blind eye during the Bush administration. They are currently trying to repair the damage that was done during those years but it's going to be difficult. I think #1 should be to make program trading illegal and put the rule back that you have to short on an uptick.

From 2.17 to 2.40 is UP 10% in a day... beats the hell out of having your money sitting in a bank earning 0.5% interest.... for a YEAR... LMFAO... too funny... taking off my 2.20 trading shares here at 2.39-2.40...

Average price of core shares now at 1.59.... investment account hit another new year HIGH today thanks to Nokia... GOTTA LOVE IT!!!!... LOL
